Nassau Stakes Betting 2011 - Midday Going For Hat-Trick
The Group 1 Nassau Stakes is for 3 year old and above thoroughbred fillies and mares. It is run over a distance of nearly 1 mile and 2 furlongs and is always a fantastic renewal as it was last year at Glorious Goodwood. The fantastic Midday has been the star of the race for the past two years for Sir Henry Cecil and she could be back going for a hat-trick in 2011.
It is of course the feature race on the final day of Glorious Goodwood and is an excellent way to finish the week, it should be an exciting race both on the track and in the betting ring with punters looking to make some money back. The betting for the Nassu this year is looking like a three-way battle with Midday going for a third win-a-row against the likes of globetrotting filly Snow Fairy who looks like taking her chance for Ed Dunlop.

Midday drifted in the market all morning as the rain fell and there was doubts that she would take part. She picked up really well in the final two furlongs and kept on from favourite Rainbow View. This franks the form of Sariska who beat her doing hands down last time out.
