Coutts Glorious Stakes Betting 2012
The Glorious Stakes is the first race on Day four of the 2012 Glorious Goodwood meeting and should get the days racing off to a cracking start. It is a group 4 race over 1m 4f and will be competitive as always for the punters and bookmakers to fight it out over, we saw an excellent winner in Redwood last year in an exciting finish and it would be welcomed by all if we had a repeat in 2011.
Redwood looks the one to beat for Barry Hills after some good performances so far this season, he won the race last season and looks to have a leading chance ahead of Harris Tweed.

It was Warringah whoo set the pace right from the off with Ryan Moore on board and he led right the way until the final furlong when Illustrious Blue challenged. It was Illustrious Blue who got up to win by a narrow margin from Halicarnassus in 3rd.
